New Pastor
A new pastor came to town to assume the responsibilities of a local church. He was young and very excited about his job so he decided to pay some visits to the members of his church. He went to one house and knocked on the door. He could hear someone inside but nobody would answer the door. He called out to them and said "I'm Pastor Smith...your new pastor." They still would not answer, so he left a note on the door with the Scripture notation of Revelation 3:20 which reads: Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him and he with me." The following Sunday, as he collected the offering plate, he found his note in the plate with another Scripture notation written under his. It was Genesis 3:10, which reads: "I heard you...and I was afraid, because I was naked."
